1. First Annual Meeting – no prior year activities
2. President’s Report
   • Establishment of 501(c) 3 status within the state of Iowa Initial
   • Investment into the fund
3. Construction of a Scholarship Committee
   • 1^st Annual – 64 Square Academic Scholarship
     • President is on the Scholarship Committee and will be responsible for creation of rules, guidelines, and submissions
4. Unfinished / New Business
   • President will be creating a bank account
   • President will be creating a financial document
   • President will be reaching out to Iowa and Minnesota Chess Boards announcing creation of the 1^st Annual – 64 Square Academic Scholarship
